Chris D. Bellar Memorial Scholarship, Criteria: First preference to members/relatives of the Bellar Family. If none, then a student majoring in Automotive Technology or Fine Arts. Resident of the Vernon College 12 county service are. Evidence of Financial Need. Enrolled in at least 6 semester credit hours each fall and spring semester. Scholarship must be used within the academic year awarded. Re-application necessary each academic year.
