Vernon Lions Club Memorial Scholarship, Criteria: Resident of Wilbarger County. GPA of 2.0 or better. Enrolled in at least 12 credit hours each fall and spring semester. Terms of Scholarship: Maintain a 2.0 GPA. Scholarship applies to tuition, fees and books. Scholarship must be used within the academic year awarded. Re-application necessary each academic year. Supplemental Instruction: Must submit a letter of recommendation attesting to the applicant’s character, citizenship and reputation.
