Vernon Retired Teachers Association Endowed Scholarship, Criteria: Preference to residents of Foard and Wilbarger counties. Preference to applicants with evidence of financial need. If there are no applicants who meet Criteria 1 and 2, consideration may be given to applicants within the Vernon College 12 county service area regardless of need. GPA 3.0 or better. Enrolled in at least 6 credit hours each fall and spring semester. Terms of Scholarship: Maintain a 3.0 GPA. Scholarship applies to tuition, fees and books. Scholarship must be used within the academic year awarded. Re-application necessary each academic year.
