William J. Duke, Jr. Memorial Scholarship, Criteria: First preference to Oklahoma residents. Second preference to residents of the Vernon College 12 county service area. Student athletes are ineligible. Enrolled in at least 6 credit hours each fall and spring semester. Terms of Scholarship: Must be in good academic standing at Vernon College. Scholarship applies to tuition, fees and books. Scholarship must be used within the academic year awarded. Re-application necessary each academic year.
