First Preference to applicants from Wilbarger County. Second Preference to residents in the Vernon College 12 County Service Area. Grade point average of at least 3.0. Enrolled in 12 credit hours each fall and spring semester. Scholarship must be used for the Academic Year awarded. Renewal application annually.
