Electra Waggoner Biggs Endowed Scholarship, Criteria: Preference to a candidate who shows evidence of financial need. Second preference to a Fine Arts Major. GPA 3.0 or better. Enrolled for a least 6 credit hours each fall and spring semester. Terms of Scholarship: Maintain a 3.0 GPA. Scholarship applies to tuition, fees and books. Scholarship must be used within the academic year awarded. Re-application necessary each academic year. Supplemental Information: This scholarship requires a letter of recommendation about the applicant’s character, citizenship and reputation.
