Wilbarger Soil and Water Conservation District Annual

Wilbarger Soil and Water Conservation District Annual Scholarship. First preference will be given to residents of Wilbarger County; then contiguous counties. Majoring in Agriculture or Farm and Ranch Management. Enrolled in at least 6 credit hours each fall and spring semester. The award must be used for the year awarded. Reapplication for additional years is required.
