Pratt & Whitney Annual

The Vernon College Scholarship Committee will award the Pratt & Whitney Annual Scholarship based upon the following criteria: 1. Students planning to or currently enrolled in the Vernon College Welding, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC), Industrial Automation, Machining or Computer and Information Sciences Programs; 2. Resident of the Vernon College 12 county service area; 3. Grade Point Average of at least 2.5 or better; 4. Enrolled at least part-time taking at least 6 credit hours each fall and spring semester or enrolled part-time taking at least six (6) credit hours each fall and spring semester; 5. Submit a statement answering the question: What do you plan to do with your Certificate or Associate Degree in your program? Terms of Scholarship: Maintain at least a 2.5 GPA. Scholarship applies to tuition, fees and books. Scholarship must be used within the academic year awarded. Re-application necessary each academic year.
