United Supermarkets Employee and Dependents

United Supermarkets Employee and Dependents Scholarship, Criteria: Actively employed with United Supermarkets, LLC for at least six (6) consecutive months prior to March 1. GPA of at least 2.5 or higher. Enrolled in at least 6 credit hours each fall and spring semester. If the applicant is a dependent child of an employee, the dependent must meet Criteria 2 and 3 above. A “dependent child” is a natural child; legally adopted child, including a child for who the United Supermarkets Team Member is a party in a suit in which the adoption of the child is sought; stepchild, or child, including a grandchild, for whom the Team Member has legal guardianship. Terms of Scholarship: Maintain a 2.5 GPA. Scholarship applies to tuition, fees and books. Scholarship must be used within the academic year awarded. Re-application necessary each academic year. Supplemental Instruction: If the applicant is an United Supermarkets Team Member, must submit a statement giving beginning date of employment, store number and position. If the applicant is a Team Member dependent, must submit a statement indicating the employee’s name, relationship to the employee and store number and position where the employee is working.
