Gene and Naomi Thomas Scholarship. Criteria: First preference to graduates of Northside High School; second preference to graduates of Harrold High School; third preference to graduates of Chillicothe High School and fourth preference to graduates of Vernon High School. Grade point average of at least 3.0. Enrolled in at least 6 credit hours each fall and spring semester. Terms of Scholarship: Maintain a 3.0 GPA. Scholarship applies to tuition, fees and books. Scholarship must be used within the academic year awarded. Re-application necessary each academic year.
