Santa Rosa Construction Annual Scholarship, Criteria: Students pursuing Certificates of Completion in Automotive Technology; Drilling Fluid Technology; Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning; Machining; or Welding. First preference to nontraditional Wilbarger County Applicants. Second preference to nontraditional applicants residing in the Vernon College 12 county service area. If there are no qualified applicants meeting criteria 2 or 3; then the scholarship is open to any applicant pursuing certificates in the programs noted in Criterion 1. Grade point average of at least 3.0. Terms of Scholarship: Maintain a 3.0 GPA. Scholarship applies to tuition, fees and books. Scholarship must be used within the academic year awarded. Re-application necessary each academic year.
