Cheryl and Bill Henry and Robert and Hazel Henry Scholarship

Cheryl and Bill Henry and Robert and Hazel Henry Scholarship, Criteria: First preference to graduates of Vernon High School or Northside High School. Second preference to residents of Wilbarger County. If there are no eligible applicants who meet Criteria 1 or 2, residents of the Vernon College 12 county service may be considered. Evidence of financial need. GPA 2.5 or better for consideration of initial award. Enrolled in at least 6 credit hours each fall and spring semester. Terms of Scholarship: Maintain a 3.0 GPA. Scholarship applies to tuition, fees and books. Scholarship must be used within the academic year awarded. Re-application necessary each academic year. Supplemental Instruction: Must submit a letter of recommendation attesting to the candidates character, citizenship and reputation.
